Co-Creation for Inclusive Change

At Elevate CMS, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Jamie regularly works alongside organisations, community groups, charities, and fellow consultants to co-create projects that centre inclusion, accessibility, and lived experience. These partnerships are about more than ticking boxes; they’re rooted in connection, curiosity, and long-term impact.

Whether it’s developing inclusive strategies, co-writing resources, contributing to campaigns, or delivering workshops, Jamie brings a disability-led lens, a trauma-informed approach, and a strong grounding in accessibility standards and best practice.

Each project is different, but the intention is always the same: to create something that truly reflects the needs and voices of disabled people, rather than speaking over them.

Jamie’s role is often one of connector, guide, and creative partner, bringing accessibility expertise while honouring the knowledge of those he works alongside.

Looking to collaborate?

Jamie is open to opportunities to speak, consult, train, write, or co-design alongside aligned individuals or organisations. Whether you’re developing a resource, reviewing your services, planning an event, or creating something brand new, Jamie would love to hear from you.

Let’s create something that lasts, something grounded in access, care, and community.
